Habit 1: stop paying this tax
Treating Warfare like a deathmatch. Tickets and sectors exist. Flip it: Play Warfare until gunplay and maps feel normal. Operations will take that kit and add loss.
Habit 2: stop paying this tax
Taking your only good kit into a map you have never extracted from. Flip it: In Operations, run budget kits until extracts are consistent. Rat loadouts print more than a meta gun on a corpse.
Habit 3: stop paying this tax
Looting in the open after a gunfight. Third parties in extraction are the genre. Flip it: Learn one Operations map's extracts and a loot route. Hot-dropping every raid is Tarkov-brained without the hours.
Habit 4: stop paying this tax
Ignoring the Black Hawk Down / campaign-style modes if you wanted PvE — check what is in the client this season. Flip it: Operator gadgets are roles. Bring a kit that matches the squad, not four of the same trailer star.
Keep a tiny notes file
Write down one map, one loadout, or one setting that worked. Delta Force players who improve fastest are not the ones with the most tabs open — they are the ones who stop repeating the same wipe.
