Calendar, transfers, and a tactic you do not smash every January.

Identity

Pick a club and a shape. Buy players who fit. A third striker who never plays is not depth, it is a wage.

Rotate. Simulate what you do not care about if you are learning. Playing every fixture until stamina is a joke is how league form dies.

Fill the hole on the pitch, not the highest-rated name on a list. Youth is a project. Do not play them 90 minutes three times a week.

Same as Kick Off. This is the mode where you can actually live with one formation for a season.

Career if you want clubs and transfers. UT if you want competitive online and card collecting. Both still need jockeying.
