Jockey Defender
Contain the box
The best first job. You keep the shape, you do not dive in, and you stop blaming the script for a tackle you lunged.
Input: Jockey / contain, then tackle when the ball is exposedFail: Lunging CBs and a 1-bar tackle in the D
Kit: Jockey button you can hold · Second-man press as a spice, not a lifestyle · A back line you can still see on camera

Strengths
- • Wins more games than a 5-star skill move
- • Transfers to every mode — Kick Off to Champs
- • Teaches player-switch delay instead of panic switching to the keeper
Weaknesses
- • Boring if you only wanted to film rabonas
- • Overusing second-man press pulls the line to swiss cheese
Starter tips
- 1
Jockey, contain, tackle when the ball is actually exposed. Lunging is why defending 'feels bad'.
- 2
Do not drag a CB out to the wing for a hopeless slide.
- 3
Let the keeper AI deal with the first ball unless you are claiming a cross on purpose.
- 4
High line plus constant press is how you concede counters. Learn to drop the line.
