Champs Hygiene
Do not rage-queue. Stop at a rank you can live with. Script narrative does not fix your second-man press.
Best for: Rage-queue artists who finish on 6 after being on 9

Step-by-step
- 1
Only start the run when you can play a block. Two games before work is how you donate a weekend.
- 2
After three ugly losses, stop. SB or Kick Off, not 'one more'.
- 3
Protect a rank. Ego for two more wins is how 9 becomes 7.
- 4
Review one goal you conceded: lunge, switch to keeper, or tired FB. One habit.
- 5
Mute the opponent. The pitch does not need their club name.
Tips
- Champs only when you can play 20 games without tilting into 40-yard shots.
- Quitting after one bad bounce trains you to play worse.
- Rivals checkpoints exist so you can practice the same composure without a weekend timer.
