Recycle Then Box
Keep the ball, switch play, enter the box, then shoot. Forced through balls into a 5-back are their tactic, not yours.
Best for: Through-ball merchants vs a parked bus

Step-by-step
- 1
First pass is safe. If the killer ball is not on, recycle to the six or the CBs.
- 2
Switch the weak side once. Do not pass into the same crowded winger five times.
- 3
Fullback overlap or a cut-back — not a first-man cross every time.
- 4
Shot from a lane in the box. 40-yard driven shots are tilt, not a plan.
- 5
If you lose it, you are already in a shape to jockey. That is the point of recycling.
Tips
- Holding sprint on every touch is how 90-pace dies to a 1-bar tackle.
- Timed finishing off until the prompt is consistent.
- Works in Career against low blocks the same way.
