Rust First Wipe Base
A starter that survives the first two nights without eating your whole farm.
Footprint
2x1 with an airlock, honeycomb on peek sides, and a triangle airlock if you can afford the upkeep. Cute castles come after stone.
TC and upkeep
Keep stone and wood in the cupboard. A decayed wall is an open door. Do not store all sulfur in the TC room. Spread loot; expect to get raided.
Farm path
Nodes and hemp near home, then a safe monument. Do not take a minicopter as your first vehicle if you cannot land it.
Airlock
No airlock. People will walk in behind you for the rest of the wipe. Double door. Never both open.
Log-off
Playing until 4am then logging off with deployables on the roof. Online raids happen when you sleep in real life too.
