Is it out of early access?
Yes. It still patches and DLC exists. Expect AI and economy quirks.
Best starting culture?
Pick the one whose troops you like looking at. Vlandia and Empire are honest first campaigns.
Co-op?
Not as a full shared campaign in vanilla. Multiplayer is a different mode.
Ironman?
Optional. Save-scumming sieges is a valid single-player lifestyle.
