Bannerlord Settings and Performance
Settings that matter for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord: stability, audio, and the options that actually change how you play.
Start with stability, not max settings
A hitch in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a lost fight, a missed click, or a crash into a wall. Cap FPS to a number you can hold, turn off extra overlays, and use a wired connection for anything competitive.
Setup note 1
Battle size vs CPU. Huge battles are the fantasy and the stutter.
Setup note 2
Bind command keys for formations. F1-F6 muscle memory is the skill ceiling.
Setup note 3
Mods (harmony) are half the Steam workshop. Stable vanilla first if you want achievements.
Accessibility
If motion, color, or audio mix is fighting you, use the in-game accessibility options first. Bannerlord is more fun when you can actually parse the screen.
