Deadlock Settings and Performance

Settings that matter for Deadlock: stability, audio, and the options that actually change how you play.

Start with stability, not max settings

A hitch in Deadlock is a lost fight, a missed click, or a crash into a wall. Cap FPS to a number you can hold, turn off extra overlays, and use a wired connection for anything competitive.

Setup note 1

Separate aim sensitivity from camera if the game offers it. Tracking troopers is a different muscle than flicks.

Setup note 2

Minimap click and ping binds. Mute toxic voice early; the match is 40 minutes.

Setup note 3

Cap FPS if ability spam hitching costs last hits.

Accessibility

If motion, color, or audio mix is fighting you, use the in-game accessibility options first. Deadlock is more fun when you can actually parse the screen.
