Is the DLC required?
The base game is a full co-op shooter. Legacy DLC is a mountain; sales exist; the Legacy Collection is the usual advice.
Payday 3?
Different game. Payday 2 is still the populated one on Steam.
Solo?
Yes with bots. They are worse at stealth.
Crime.net offline?
Exists for practice. Online is the culture.
