WH3 Settings and Performance
Settings that matter for Total War: WARHAMMER III: stability, audio, and the options that actually change how you play.
Start with stability, not max settings
A hitch in Total War: WARHAMMER III is a lost fight, a missed click, or a crash into a wall. Cap FPS to a number you can hold, turn off extra overlays, and use a wired connection for anything competitive.
Setup note 1
Battle camera and unit size vs performance. Huge unit size is pretty and heavy.
Setup note 2
Turn times grow late campaign. Mods that speed AI exist; vanilla patience is also a setting.
Setup note 3
Use the advisor until you know growth vs control.
Accessibility
If motion, color, or audio mix is fighting you, use the in-game accessibility options first. WH3 is more fun when you can actually parse the screen.
