Enhanced is the newer PC client. Legacy still has a huge Online population. Play where your friends are.
Is Online required?
No. Story Mode is a full game.
Is it still updated?
Online yes. Story is complete.
Single player mods?
A huge PC scene exists. Back up saves; they can break after patches.
