The best first role. You heal the Vanguard taking space, you save a cooldown for the dive, and you stand behind cover that still exists.

Strengths
- • Teaches the objective because you lose instantly if you chase
- • Defensive ults win more games than a 40-elim Duelist
- • Almost every lobby is starving for a second Strategist
Weaknesses
- • Standing in the open after a wall breaks
- • Healing the Duelist in their spawn while the tank dies on cart
Starter tips
- 1
Start Luna, Cloak & Dagger, or Rocket. Save Jeff / Loki until you can survive a dive.

Ally health bars on. If you cannot see the tank, you cannot do the job.

Save one peel for the dive that happens after the first poke — not every CD on the first chip.

Play the cart / point. Heals that happen 40 meters off the objective do not cap.
