Hooks, kicks, readable powers, and leaving the 3-minute chase.
Who to pick
Wraith, Huntress, or a simpler licensed killer before Nurse. Readable powers teach the loop. High-skill killers wait.
After a hook
Leave a healthy survivor to kick a gen. Regression plus a second injured person is a trial. Camping at five gens is a 3-gen you might still lose.
Chase timer
If it is long and you have no down, leave. Pressure multiple gens, not one survivor for three minutes.
3-gen
Herd them into a cluster by kicking outliers. Then patrol. That is the win condition they built.
Both sides
Play survivor. You will see the tiles you cannot loop and the gens you should have kicked.
