The loop
Euro Truck Simulator 2 is SCS's driving job sim. You haul cargo across a stylized Europe, grow a company, and optionally convoy with friends. The skill is patience, parking, and not speeding into a town.
Take a job, drive legally-ish, park at the destination, get paid, upgrade the truck, hire drivers if you want a company.
First moves
- 1.Do the training jobs. Reversing is the actual boss fight.
- 2.Start with short jobs. Fatigue and rest are mechanics.
- 3.Buy a used truck you can afford, not a maxed Scania on loans you hate.
- 4.Enable a comfortable camera and a GPS you can glance at. Looking at the map in a roundabout is a dent.
